Melbourne International Tennis School (MITS) has grown from a series of three week intensive tennis camps into a full-time training school that offers world-class programs for players as young as 5, through to players entering the WTA and ATP tours.

Whatever your age or ability, we can help you to play great tennis.

MITS provides a unique combination of personal coaching, fully integrated with sport sciences. Our dedicated team of professionals is recognized nationally and internationally for their expertise.

Our low 1:4 coach player ratio ensures that players receive the individual attention they need both on and off the court. This enables Head Coach Michael Baroch to monitor closely each player’s progress and work on every facet of his/her game.

Extensive input from experts in sports psychology, sports nutrition, sports vision, strength and conditioning, soft tissue therapy – even media relations ! – will ensure that all players know what is required to achieve their full potential.

Many of our international students choose to study and train in our half-day school / half- day tennis program, one of the first in Australia, which is fully supported by the Victorian Department of Education. This unique program recognizes the importance of academic pursuits in combination with international-class tennis training.

MITS is truly an international tennis school with players from China, Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, England and many more countries attending the wide range of programs MITS has to offer.
