Footy Colours Day

Posted by Dean on August 21st, 2010

Dear Players & Parents,

MITS will again be supporting Footy Colours Day this Year. Footy Colours Day is the Fight Cancer Foundation’s national fundraising event and is the one day in September to fight cancer and change lives. This year, Footy Colours Day will be held on Friday 3rd September 2010.

During the week of Monday 30th August – Sunday 5th September, players are invited and encouraged to wear their football teams colours, guernseys, scarf, beenies (AFL – NRL – Rugby Union – Soccer) to squad training, group and private lessons and make a small donation to the Fight Cancer Foundation. All proceeds from Footy Colours Day benefit Fight Cancer Foundation programs such as the Fight Cancer Foundation’s “Back on Track” program.

MITS Staff hopes everyone will help us in supporting  this worthy cause.

Regards,

MITS Staff
