Group lessons (10-15 year olds)

Private lessons focus on the individual needs of an athlete. It is a one on one session with a coach. Sessions can be based on any of the 4 components of the game including Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological, depending on the players and coaches goals.
1. Private Lessons
One-on-one lessons are available and are recommended to accelerate a player’s improvement.
2. Semi privates
Semi-Private lessons focus on the individual needs of both athletes. It is a 1:2 ratio coach/player session. Sessions can be based on any of the 4 components of the game including Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological.
